Accessing and Logging into the Clerkship Director Portal

To access the Clerkship Director Portal, you must sign in using your institutional email address and password.

The Clerkship Director Portal provides access to:

  • Your dashboard and assigned tasks
  • Student and preceptor management
  • Weekly, Ad-Hoc, Mid-Rotation, and End-of-Rotation Assessments
  • Patient Logs submitted by students
  • Assessment workflows and review tools
  • Clerkship oversight and progress tracking

Step 1: Open the Clerkship Director Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to the Clerkship Director Portal URL provided by your institution or clerkship administrator.

Application URL: clerkshipdir.case.academx.ai

You will be presented with the Clerkship Director Portal login screen.


Step 2: Enter Your Institutional Email Address

On the login screen:

  1. Enter your institutional email address.
  2. Click Continue.

The system will verify your account and move you to the password screen.


Step 3: Enter Your Password

After your email address has been verified:

  1. Enter your password.
  2. Click Sign In.

If required, complete any additional authentication prompts configured by your institution.


Step 4: Access the Clerkship Director Portal

Once signed in, you will be directed to the Clerkship Director Dashboard.

From the dashboard, you can:

  • Review pending assessment activity
  • Access student and preceptor information
  • Monitor assessment completion
  • Review patient logs submitted by students
  • Access Weekly, Ad-Hoc, Mid-Rotation, and End-of-Rotation Assessments
  • Manage clerkship workflows and oversight activities

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot access your account:

  1. Click Forgot your password?
  2. Follow the password reset instructions provided by your institution.
